Helen Adams Realty Opens Fourth Office Location

Helen Adams Realty celebrated the grand opening of their fourth and most recent office location in Fort Mill, S.C. on Friday, March 8.

 

Aside from Helen Adams Realty staff and agents, members of the Fort Mill community attended the event as well. Colleagues in the real estate industry and neighbors in Fort Mill joined the celebrations and ribbon cutting ceremony followed by champagne, hor d'oeuvres, and an evening of mingling.

 

“Friday's grand opening of our new office was a wonderful celebration. We are so thankful for the many friends, colleagues, and neighbors who came out to support us in the latest chapter of our firm's story,” said Jeff Adams, President of Helen Adams Realty. “We're excited to be a part of the tremendous growth of upstate South Carolina.”

This office location in Fort Mill joins Helen Adams Realty’s other sites on Randolph Road (Est. 1975), Ballantyne (Est. 2000), and Cornelius (Est. 2005). Agents at Helen Adams Realty are able to take advantage of the firm’s campus-style approach with the opportunity to work at whichever office location is most convenient for them and their clients. The new Fort Mill location means agents can be an even greater asset to their South Carolina clients and betters their ability to service Charlotte and the surrounding area.

 

To manage the Fort Mill office, Helen Adams Realty has hired Geri Mullinix as Broker-in-Charge. Mullinix has worked in residential real estate in the Lake Norman, Charlotte and South Carolina communities for 13 years. She served as Broker-in-Charge for the Keller Williams, Fort Mill Market Center; as an Assistant Team Leader for the Keller Williams, Ballantyne Market Center, and as District Director/Broker-in-Charge for Fathom Realty.

 

“There is a great sense of community in Fort Mill despite the area’s tremendous growth,” said Mullinix about Fort Mill’s charm. “We’re thrilled to be part of all of it and the grand opening was the perfect way to officially open our doors to everyone.”
