I'm blessed to have the Accredited Land Consultant designation through the Realtors Land Institute. Few have achieved this level of expertise nationwide in the land real estate business. Due to my background and experience the majority of my business is primarily land, farm, investment, development, and residential real estate in and around the Lake Norman and Lake James communities of the Piedmont and foothills (Lincoln, Catawba, Iredell, Burke, McDowell, Cleveland counties). I've marketed and sold virtually every type of real estate; but land and residential property is my expertise. Over the past decade I've really enjoyed helping people find land to establish there own homestead, and farms. As a degreed forester and owner of a small farm myself I've got a very good understanding of what it takes to provide wise counsel through the process of buying and selling this type of real estate. Overall, however, my goal is to always provide the best advice possible to my clients in the purchase and sale of whatever real property they have.

Fun
I enjoy my family! My wife and I and our children love to explore. Some activities we enjoy include soccer for our son, mountain biking, trout fishing in the mountains and at our cabin in N. MI, upland bird hunting with our German Shorthair Pointer (Norm), deer hunting, golfing, bible study, reading, traveling, working with people, and growing Christmas Trees! That's correct - Christmas Trees! My wife and I own Grace Tree Farm in Denver, NC where we grow choose-and-cut Christmas trees. So grateful for the diversity in my work God's blessed me with! What a gift!
