About Me

I'm a real estate investor, broker, entrepreneur, and trusted advisor. I started my real estate career in 1999 shortly after completing my undergraduate degrees in finance and natural resources at Michigan State University. In conjunction with my family's timber
company in North Michigan, I began negotiating the purchase and sale of timber rights on large tracts of forestland. This led to the purchase of large tracts of vacant land, waterfront property, and vacant land and commercial buildings in industrial zones. After developing several parcels of land, building multiple custom homes and selling them at profitable prices, I earned my real estate license to offer advice to people coming to me asking to represent them on mountain property in North Carolina. My business now is primarily residential and commercial real estate in and around Charlotte as well as in several key mountain towns throughout Western North Carolina. I've marketed and sold virtually every type of real estate: vacant land in Myers Park, Lake Norman, Lake Lure, etc. to starter homes to luxury estates to apartment complexes. My goal is to provide the best advice possible to my clients in the purchase and sale of real property.

The firm has partnered with Helen Adams Realty to establish itself as the premier provider of real estate advisory services to buyers and sellers of vacant property and high-end luxury homes in the Lake Norman area. Also, as a licensed builder the firm is an investor in and independent Director of Town & Country Cedar Homes of Petoskey, MI. Town & Country has been designing and building the finest wooden homes in America for over 62 years. The firm's design studio and office is located at the Lake Norman location of Helen Adams Realty.
